Optimist High-performance Training Camp
December 5 - December 8
The Optimist class will be holding a High Performance training camp for the Northern region at Aeolians Yacht Club from the 5th to the 8th of December.
The camp will focus on advanced training for the Optimist sailors prior to the Youth Nationals at Theewaters Kloof a week later.
The coaching will be done by an international coach. The camp will be partially subsidised by the NR Optimist Class and therefore any optimist sailor intending to go to the nationals is welcome.
The cost per sailor is approx. R3000.
